Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Hi Roz.  Ugh - my girlfriend has a lot of junk in the house - like crackers and chps.  If it were sweets I wouldn't be tempted.  I told her as long as the bag isn't open I won't touch it - so she gets out these Tostitos twists and it's open... I've already had a handful, but KNOW that tostitos will make my blood sugar wonky so I will stay away.  I may eat the apple on the counter tho.

Today:  well - we'll see how I do.  I'm planning on doing well.

L - leftover piece of steak/cheese quesadilla on wheat tortilla

S - I need to make me a protein drink to battle cravings of the junk

D - probably go out

water:  doing ok.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Munchies get to me too especially if there is dip involved.  I'm much better when there's other people around. Did this friend know you when you were heavier?  I always feel like people watch me.  Not to see if I screw up but out of curiosity.

Went to the gym this morning for body scan.  I was 24%fat which is still below the recommended 25-31% for women.  I am kind of sad to no longer be 19% fat but the therapist assured me that 19% isn't healthy for someone my age and that 24% was much better.  I guess.  I did 10 min on the elliptical and 20 min on the treadmill after.

decaf protein coffee  33g
low carb pita, 1/2 cheese toast, 1/2 cinnamon toast
lemon tea protein  13g
salad w/ turkey
lemon tea protein  13g
almonds
burger patty,1/2 low carb pita, brussel sprouts
protein shake   33g

It probably is healthier to have a little fat.  I wonder what it was before WLS.  I know I fee healthier now than I was at my low of 103.

Hello Lightweights! Just got off the treadmill. I am on a two day roll. 60 minutes.

B-crustless quiche with turkey sausage crumbles

L-honey ham, avocado, and salad

S-carrots and PB

D-turkey hot dog, baked beans, roasted veggies

S-protein bar, protein shake, or ?

I hope you picked a healthy Protein for your snack. Your Good Protein level seems low to me.

Our local grocery store hasn't had any Babybel cheese and I've been craving it. I'm going to have to make the dreaded trip to Walmart.  I hate that store!!  Way to many people and to few check outs.
