Hi Roz - made it safe and sound to FL Sunday. Long 14 hour drive - but it was a good one. I listen to books and that makes the drive SO much more enjoyable.
Did I say my bathroom is done? love it! Finally got Nicole to send pictures...

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I'm heading back Saturday. My girlfriend has more company coming in this weekend or I MAY have thought about staying another week. Oh well...
On the trip back I didn't eat much. Stopped at Bojangles chicken and had a grilled chicken wrap in a wheat tortilla. For dinner i got a subway 6" sub on wheat. I did splurge and get a small bag of chips to go with it. I also drank a lot of water - which may have helped keep me hydrated and not feeling very hungry. Luckily I didn't have to stop and go to the bathroom except for planned stops (honestly? I stopped twice - once in NC and once in GA).
