Awesome...You've done Great!! Are you at your Personal Goal or a normal BMI? At a year out you should still have some "Honeymoon" time yet. Don't stop to soon!!! I have 2 regrets....waiting until my 50's to have WLS and stopping before my body was ready.

I am at both a great BMI and a personal goal. I haven't stopped or changed my eating habits for months now. My body is levelling out and maintaining this weight for over 6 weeks now. If I lose more great, if I stay here great. I am at total ease with where I am now and if I stay here I know I am healthy and feeling the rewards of great health. I expect to gain some weight now as I am weight training and toning all parts of my body. Muscle weighs more than fat so I expect the scale to move but it will be a good move. I was told 6 months ago to start maintaining but I wanted to get down a little further. Since then I have lost another 10 and let my body slow and stop naturally. I will not change anything much going forward, just keep doing what I am doing + a little extra protein because of the weight training! This is a lifestyle change that I love and not a phase! Thanks everyone for your help and comments!
Congratulations. You look great. Thanks for your post.
I have less than 20 pounds to reach my goal and the weight is coming off so much slower now. I too want a little cushion and see where I level off. I am at 25 BMI so I'm still not at the target 22 - 23 that I set for myself.
I agree that this is a lifestyle change. It is so nice not to be on a "diet".
