WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I was diagnosed over a year ago with IC (Irritable bladder syndrome). It's really painful through my stomach and down my legs. I have pages and pages of Brands I can buy and lists of things I can and cannot eat/drink. Mostly no MSG, acid, flavorings, etc. I did have a drink this morning but I won't have another one for a while. 2 days in a row are enough to rile my bladder up. I'm finally off the injections but still take my meds every day and I try really hard not to eat anything to rile it up.
