WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Busy Tuesday!!! I wasn't sure I'd fine time to post this morning but a few minutes just freed up for me to grab my salad and check in with my favorite Lightweights. Salads are not my favorite thing to eat but I finally found a Salad Dressing that I like so I have been trying to more veggies and Protein in. Since I'm not allowed to have Chili any more because it isn't bladder friendly I'm enjoying my kidney beans and chickpeas in my salads.
Maintenance: 6+ years out and starting the new year right on target!!!
Breakfast: Banana
Snack: Meat and Cheese Roll-up
Lunch: Salad with lots of protein
Snack:
Snack: 80 Calorie Greek Yogurt with Cherries
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch...YUMMY Nuts (Only buy the Gluten Free the plain ones are to sweet)
Dinner: Roast and maybe a 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
Snack: 3 TB. of Popcorn

I don't think there is a salad dressing that I don't like. I love salads. We have play practice tonight so another long day.

I had meetings all afternoon and spent all morning getting ready for them. Then when I got home in the dark, I fell down the stairs to the barn, face first. Skinned my hand and nose where the glasse**** Wonder if I will have black eyes tomorrow?

Oh My Price!!!! I hope you aren't all bruised and sore today!!!!! I fear falling down the steps. I had DH put a hand rail on the basement steps and that as eased my anxiety a little bit.

There were hand rails on both sides of the 3 steps but in the dark, I never even saw them. Everytime I fall I sit there for a minute and ask if this is the time I broke something, lol. I used to roll when I was heavy but not so much anymore. I am sore but ok. There is a light for that area but you have to go in another building to turn it on and I didn't want to mess with it. I will next time.
