I have been just going up, up, up and am sick of it. So today is day one of the rest of my life.

grapefruit, baked chicken

turkey soup (turkey and low carb veggies)
protein shake 23g
back to eggs, lean protein, greens and a grapefruit a day to see if that really helps.
