S - 20 Scoops, or so, and 1/3 cup fresh organic salsa
S - white chicken chili
S - 1/3 cup peanuts
S - snack size bag of buttered popcorn
D - leftover pot roast, green beans and mashed cauliflower
S - 1/3 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending
MILES:
none except standing at the computer all day

I'm just working from home and have my computer sitting on the kitchen island where I stand to work. A couple of the folks at work have stand-up computer desks...pretty cool.

One of the girls at work wanted a stand up one but it didn't even last through the day so our Manager took it and I notice now that he has a Christmas tree on it....LOL.
