What Do You Drink Other then Water
I drank a lot of crystal light after surgery. I also mixed unflavored protein in with it. I also was/am a BIG ice tea drinker. I'm fortunate that I've always liked decaf better - so that was a go-to drink.
Now over 6 years later, I do have the occasional diet coke (rather coke zero) but not often. I do drink real caf coffee but still prefer my decaf tea. I'm not huge on water as it still make my pouch feel bad... I know Gina also used to put lemon in her water to help with that.

Yes, I like the Nectars. I find they mix very well and smoothly with water. They also are 0-2 carbs a serving.
When I had my surgery I wasn't aware of the Unsweetened almond milk, but I like to mix my chocolate with that now. Very low carb and I have become sensitive to milk sugars. It takes care of those issues. Also try a 1/2 and 1/2 of vanilla and chocolate.
you know what? I have a TON of protein drinks on my profile page. I'll go get it and start a new thread.

I have been terrified to drink anything bu****er in my 8 weeks post op. I was always a tea drinker and a water fan. Just the other day I sipped on some Crystal Light and couldn't believe how good it was! I didn't like diet drinks before surgery and only had an occasional Coke. Things will change after surgery and your thoughts and tastes will lead you down paths you don't expect. Just be prepared to miss the carbonation. I miss the "hot" feeling of a very fizzy Coke once in a while.

Although I have never been a soda drinker, I did drink a lot of Sweet Tea!! I switched to Crystal Light a couple of years ago and have never looked back!!! Occasionally I will do the the Powerade Zeros but mostly stick to crystal light and switch up my flavors from time to time.
