Just now up to freezing so I'm not doing much outside. Just working on paperwork. The plumber came and replaced the kitchen faucet. Evidently, the pipe froze outside and the ice rose up to the faucet and broke it. REALLY????? Whatever, we have water in the kitchen again.

I try to limit carbonated drinks to one a day. They don't really bother me any more but I don't want to become addicted to them again.

Hello everyone! It is SO cold in NJ. I hate the winter.
Had a shocking wake up call when I finally forced myself to get on the scale this a.m. It was just what I needed. Food has been good today and I walked for 60 minutes.
B-hard boiled egg and coffee
L-burger with a bit of Ragu and low fat mozzarella
S-Dannon light Greek yogurt
D-white bean/chicken breast chili
