WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Happy Friday LW's!!! I've never cared much for salads and you know what I still don't! I've been trying to eat at least one a day but after a week of it I'm starting to gag on them!
Maintenance: 6+ years out and starting the new year right on target!!!

The frozen water ended up breaking a pipe so now we have no water in the kitchen. Makes life hard.
Got my labs done this morning. Glad that is over for another year. Appt is 30th.

thanks, Linda. I don't like to whine but this is pretty ridiculous. I'm ready for warm weather and good luck. Actually, the plumber called and he will be here at 8 in the morning. It was going to be around 9pm tonight so 8am is better.

I love salad, I could eat it all the time. That was the part I loved about the protein drinks. I could eat as much salad as I wanted and didn't have to worry about the protein as much.

I've never been a big salad eater - I can eat it occasionally and when I do, enjoy it, but it's not on my list of desired foods.
Price - sorry to hear about your frozen pipes. I didn't turn my heat down as much as normal when I left MI this time just because it's been so cold.
Food for today:

L - homemade spaghetti sauce with lots of meat/veggies in it. Pretty thick and didn't know what to put it on, so I ate it alone.
D - sushi
