Price,
Here is the link: http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/2014/07/egg-fast-recipe-salted-caramel-custard-low-carb.html
It looks better than it taste or I did something wrong one, but I made it and I'm eating it!! I've never made a custard before and I might have put too much water in the pan to cook them in or didn't have the water hot enough. It never fully set.
I am kind of doing the egg-fast thing just to get the carbs/sugar out of my body. I love eggs. I'm not doing all the fats with it though. I tried the Bulletproof coffee and it made me so sick, so I went back to my protein coffee. It has actually been easier than I thought it would and I am full. I feel like my restriction is really good now or it is because I'm pretty much just eating protein.
It is just bitter here but I know ya'll are even colder up north. Teke hasn't been eating and drinking well so I have been to the barn many times through the day to check on him. He did seem better this afternoon. Headed to muscle pump tonight, burrrr

I have some posts to check up on. Did I miss something??? Has Teke been sick?
It's freezing up here but I'm sure there are places even colder. Schools were delayed yesterday and called off today.
Sounds Good!

Teke just wasn't eating or drinking. Where the term "off his feed" comes from. If not caught early, can lead to real problems, impaction, etc. We caught it early and he seems fine now. I did have to cancel our event this weekend. Didn't want to stress his system any further. He seems pretty ok now but with the cold, I will keep an eye on him and keep offering him "special" warm water (with salt, molasses, brown sugar oatmeal and cornmeal added to it to encourage him to drink).
we were 27 yesterday with a stiff wind and 5 last night. It made it up to 30 today and the wind died down so even though tonight is suppose to be 12, not as bad!
