Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Lunch:    1/2 can Ham and Bean Soup

Snack:    1 Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Cheese Wedge and 6 Saltines

Snack:    Nature Valley Almond Crunch...YUMMY Nuts (Only buy the Gluten Free the plain ones are to sweet)

Dinner:   Homemade Vegetable Soup

Snack:   3 TB. of Popcorn

Play practice again tonight so I have to post now or it won't get posted.  I feel soooo much better today.  I hope I have all the carbs/sugars out of my system.

Drove at a friends farm today and it was beautiful weather, got home and it was cold and windy.  Tonight it is cold then tomorrow the real chill comes in.  I have a competition in Aiken this weekend and it is suppose to warm up by then plus they are further south so hopefully it will be ok.
