It's been crazy around here. The min pin has been on new meds since Saturday with a swollen jaw, Teke started not drinking or eating on Tues, and DH was sick all day yesterday and finally went to the Dr today and has pneumonia, although he has had every pneumonia shot there is. Plus, we had water when we woke up but then it froze so for several hours, no water. I'm over winter and it isn't even February yet!!! My exercise today was taking care of everybody!!!

I'm posting from my phone today so I can't see all the information. I was wondering when you had your surgery and what type you had.
Since you're not drinking Protein drinks I was wondering how many proteins you are getting in during the day.
Sounds Good.

Hi! Good Morning!! I had the SADI on 12/3/13. HW 268 and now in between 111/114.
I get any where from 60-90 grams of protein!! It depends!! I have protein drinks but I prefer food/bars!!! I did labs in August and I was low in Vitamin D. Now I take Vit D , 50,000 on a weekly basis.. Early in April I was very low in thiamine and folic acid but this was resolved. I currently take 1mg , 2 x a day of folic acid and 150mg of thiamine daily!!!
I had to look up SADI to figure out what it was. It sounds like you are doing good.
Those of us "Oldies" with the RNY usually try to get in 100+ (usually around 135 or so) in Good Protein. What kind of bars do you eat? Other than the nut bar I eat I haven't found anything that has good protein in it. They all seem to make me crave sweets.

That's great! How many employees do you have? We haven't started our 1099s yet because there is a computer glitch that changed everyone's Social Security number to an identification number.
It would be hard to not taste your moms sweets since you don't get them very often. I'm very happy for you!
Sounds good!
