Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Good Morning LW's!!! The first full week after the holidays.  Tonight will probably be a madhouse at WW with new and repeats joining.  I'm so glad I don't have to go through that any more!!

I brought all of the extra candy etc. into work today to get it out of my house.  DH's lab's showed he was per-diabetic so this will help us both out.  He's pretty good at sticking with a diet so hopefully he can keep it off this time.  I just need to find some alternatives that he will enjoy eating.  He refuses to even try vegetables unless it's in soup or it's corn.  His biggest downfall is bread.  He can eat a whole loaf of Italian in a day.

Maintenance:   6+ years out and starting the new year right on target!!!

Breakfast:  Banana

Snack:    80 Calorie Greek Yogurt with Cherries

Lunch:    2 pieces of steak

Snack:    1 Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Cheese Wedge and 6 Saltines

Snack:    Nature Valley Almond Crunch...YUMMY Nuts (Only buy the Gluten Free the plain ones are to sweet)

Dinner:   Pork Chops and Salad

Snack:   3 TB. of Popcorn

The name is Welcome to Camp Sparrow and is about a group of women friends who think they are going to a spa retreat but it ends up being a run down camp and they sleep in tents.  It is real cute.  I am one of the girls in it and have more lines than usual-- now I have to learn them!!

Hi Roz.  I was thinking about the yearly new years resolution of "lose weight" and unfortunately I fall into that category again.  I'll do it...

My ex wouldn't touch a veggie either.  Hard to cook for folks like that.  Since WLS I love my veggies.

L - Wendy's chili w/cheese and a few crackers

S - protein diet hot chocolate

S - chicken wings (leftover) if i want
