Good Morning LW's!!! How's all of your "starting back to basics" going? Don't give up!! Give your body time to adjust and get in losing mode again.
DH and I stayed home all day yesterday. It was nice and I got a lot done. My computer desk was a catch all the last few months and it looks so nice now.
Maintenance: 6+ years out and starting the new year right on target!!!

the rain finally ended and I sneaked in a drive with Teke before dark. It is getting ready to get really cold here and I have a competition in Aiken this coming weekend. At least it will be a little warmer there.

Day 2 of very very low carb and no sugar. Not feeling as good today because I have a bad headache probably from the carb and sugar withdrawal!! I made some of the Bulletproof coffee this morning and it made me so sick - I guess it was the oil & butter in it or I drank it too fast one. I was pretty much out of it for a couple of hours finally just had to lay down and hope it hurried and passed. I have not felt like that in a very long time.
