Happy New Year
It hardly seems like another year has rolled by. They really do go faster when you get older. These days they are whizzing.
It is another year to make good food choices for our lives and our health. We have been given such a gift by having our WLS. Personally, I got my mobility back, got rid of all my co-morbidities and am healthier than I have been in many many years. Our surgery gives us a tool but we have to do our part. We all know the horror stories of folks who have gained it all back. Maintainence is the hardest part but we have this board and each other for support.
Have a great day and a great year.
