Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Afternoon LW's!!! I've been off work so many days I was getting confused about what day of the week it was. It's been a whole year and I still have to think before I write 2014 and in 3 days we start writing 2015.
I cooked 7 1/2 lbs. of Sloppy Joes for DGD's 7th Birthday Party and the house smelled all night long. I think I woke up hungry....haha. Willpower needs to kick in!!

It was a lot of sloppy joes....lol. About 3 pounds too much. DSinlaw is taking the extra to work with him.
What brand of low carb wraps do you use? I've bought a couple different ones but I pitched them out because they tasted so bad. They had a real bitter taste.
Sounds like a good Protein day!

these are Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Lavash Bread. for 1/2 they are 50 calories, 4 net carbs, 5g protein so pretty impressive. I particularly like them toasted with cheese or cinnamon/equal to make cinnamon toast. I do use them to hold sandwich stuff.
