Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Morning LW's!!!! Well my extra snacking and indulging with forbidden sweets has finally caught up with me. I'm still at the top of my 3 lb. range but barely. I know I've been lacking in Protein. Our fridge and cupboards are pretty bare right now. I'm guessing I can't put off going to the grocery store another day. I am so exhausted this morning I slept until 9:30! The holiday got the best of me this year and then yesterday I way over did it. I was at Walmart early fighting the crowds for Christmas boxes, wrapping paper, and lights. It was a very successful trip and a lot of fun. Then we went with DD#3 and family to see the Harlem Globetrotters. Normally this kind of thing bores me but we had floor seating and watching it through our grandsons eyes was amazing. The boys are 6 and 2 and they are both fantastic dribblers and everyone was so impressed with them during the pre-game activities and while they were walking around dribbling every where they went.Maintenance: 6+ years out!!!

Linda
This is the first year the show was actually different. I hate when you go to something and year after year it's the same. After not attending our local rodeo we took the grandkids last year and they did the same jokes and stunts they did when my girls were little.
Sounds Good Linda!
