Menus and Miles December 18th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Morning LW's!!!! Christmas Party at work Yesterday and Today. They've had food out all day long....UGH. There's a lot of things like dips and barbecue that I can't have because of my IC (painful bladder syndrome) so that leaves mostly sweets and carbs. I brought a HUGE bowl of cut up fresh fruit but even that's riles my bladder up. My Scales have been great but I'm still going to keep track of what I eat.
Super Happy I have tomorrow off!! DD#3 and I are going shopping. She's going to help pick some things out for her sisters (and herself). My list is almost done...YEAH!!! I remember when I only had my 3 DD's and now I have 8 Grandkids and 3 son-in-laws too. I keep saying I need to cut my budget for each one but DH can tell by looking at the back room that I didn't......
Maintenance: 6+ years out!!!
Breakfast:
Snack:
Lunch: A little Christmas Party food
Snack: 1 Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Wedge some type of cracker or chip
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch (Buy the Gluten Free...it's Yummy Nuts)

One of the advantages of having an office at home is that you can control what food is around, unless you have a sweets addicted DH, lol.
Going to drive Teke this afternoon when it gets warmer because it will be my last day for a few days. DS Christmas party tomorrow, miserable weather Saturday, maybe Sunday if it isn't too cold and windy.
