Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Happy Monday!  It's only 10 days until Christmas!!!  I spent the evening going over my reciepts and adding them to my list.  I have the majority of family done ready to be wrapped...YEAH!!   I have Friday off so I'm hoping I can just spend time wrapping this weekend.

DD's feeling a bit better but her 2 boys have the contagious Influenza A flu that's going around our town now.  DH was with them all day yesterday watching the Steeler game.  I'm really Praying he isn't going to get it.

The flu is really bad here.  The schools don't have enough subs but on the other hand half of the kids are absent. From the edge of our town DD#2 lives about 35 minutes away and their schools haven't gotten hit with it yet.  We aren't sure when our tree will get finished being decorated because we don't want to expose any one (including us).

The state redid their whole site for all of the agencies and we haven't been able to get it to work.  It does have some bugs to fix but ours turned out to be my computer.  I hate change!

Thanks for the pizza recipe.  You have smartened and posted it before we ask...LOL.

Sounds Good!

If I overdo peanuts I get such a belly ache.  Have you tried the Gluten Free Bar I eat?  It is delicious and it really satisfies my nut cravings!  Nature Valley Almond Crunch.  You only want to get the Gluten Free one though because the regular one is way to sweet with some coating on the bottom.  I can only find them at Target so I buy 5 boxes at a time.

Sounds Good!

Way to peanuts would make my tummy so sick.  Have you tried the Nut bars I've been eating?  They are delicious and they keep me from over doing it.  Nature Valley Almond Crunch (Gluten Free).  Last week I bought the one that wasn't Gluten Free and it was awful. Good Menu!

I've gotten away from bars quite a bit. I keep some JayRobb bars around for emergencies but that's about it. I'm afraid of getting too addicted to those with any sweet taste.  {sigh}
