On to that weekly stats..

Yeah, back up one but still in my comfort range. But I need to watch and see if it's just a glitch or something I am doing.

It always surprises me that that war only lasted for the US from 1941 - 1945 and we haven't really won a war since.

Today I was pleasantly surprised to weigh in at 123. That's a loss of 2 pounds. WOOT!!!

Two weeks ago 165

Today 162

I've slowed down a little due to some health issues (extreme dizziness, suspected POTS syndrome). My doctor isn't even allowing me to walk on my treadmill. She says my resting heart rate is too low (it's in the 40's). Overall she is pleased with the weight loss and my labs were 'superb' according to her. Running a few more tests, so hopefully we will figure it out before my boyfriend worries himself sick!

Sorry about your problems but you are at the point where a lot of us start slowing to about a pound a week.  You are doing great.  I went through a short time of my BP trying to get straight as I got smaller (after many many years of being on BP meds).  I just had to stand slowly and be careful when I first got up.  Hopefully yours will stabilize also.

Thanks for the support :) We've decreased my blood pressure meds, hopefully that will help.

You're still doing great...that's three lbs this week!

Hope they find out what is going on.
