Ok so I'm Weening myself off of the coffee So this is what i did

breakfast two cups of coffee with 1 tbs liquid creamer 90 calories

Lunch 4 oz lettuce, 1/2 egg, 1 slice cucumber, less than a 1/4 tsp ham, and 1 tsp pomegrante vinegrette. 85 clalories

Dinner 1/2 stuffed chicken leg ( boneless chicken ) 109 Calories

oops I forgot mid morning I had .5 oz chicken breast with 1/16 cup of mozerella cheese on it 48 Calories

vanilla waffer yocrunch ( it's greek yogurt with vanilla waffer crunch you mix in) 180 Calories

That's 512 Calories. Not sure if I will eat anything else. BUT I didn't finish either cup of coffee So that's good. I have my calories on myfitnesspal set at 750 so well below my goal. I am going to try to eat another salad later to add some more calories to it or maybe a boiled egg. Oh wait, I made Mashed Squash Maybe I'll eat that :D

So far so good ppl!! I haven't been hungry after any of my meals... even pushing being full. So not grazing is making a big difference in my calories!

Posting is great and it really helps you stay accountable and see what you really are eating.

Calories look ok but remember you need protein.  Protein will help keep you full and keep your metabolism up.  If you go too low with calories, you will end up going into starvation mode and your body will hang on to anything it can.

It may take you a while to see what you can and can't eat to lose and still be something you can live with long term.  We all can cut for a day or two but we had surgery because we couldn't keep it up.  You have a tool, you just need to learn how to use it!!!  Hurray for you!!!

What, no popcorn or peanuts?  You must be getting serious about it.  Hope the scale (and clothes) show it.
