WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

WOW...December! I guess the cold weather should have warned me it was coming. Eating has been way off. I haven't been eating much and most of what I've been eating isn't good for me. Today's my first day back to work so things should get back to MY normal.

I totally understand. I know exactly how folks regain all their weight. I may not be able to eat like I used to but I can eat all day long. And now being smaller, it takes much less not gain, even with all the exercise I get.
