WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Afternoon LW's!!! Over the Hump Day!!! A pound from Thanksgiving caught up to me. It took longer than I thought it would. Gotta Force myself to stop trying treats that the girls at work are bringing in.
Maintenance: 6+ years out!!!
Breakfast: Banana
Snack: 2 miniature candies
Lunch: 1 Chicken thigh and Greek Yogurt with Cherries
Snack: Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Wedge and 6 Saltines
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar

I found my error and balanced the bank statement - it was my mistake...like I figured it would be. DH and I are leaving in the morning for the beginning of a long weekend. We are meeting my sister & her husband and another couple. Then Friday we will go to Callaway Gardens to meet up with all our families. We rented 3 houses for my side of the family. We will have our Christmas Saturday and see the lights at Callaway - I sure hope the rain holds off.
DH told me this morning that I should leave all my electronic devices at home - Ipad, iphone and laptop. I will leave the laptop but not the other two. I might not be back on until Sunday though. I think service is pretty sketchy up there.

WHAT?? Leave your electronic devices behind? Oh my... I don't know if I could do that. Did have to last year when I went on my cruise and I found myself checking my phone for the first day until I put it in the safe and left it be. I did have my iPad because I had books on it.
I find when I do leave them behind I relax more - maybe it's the brain just relaxing.

LOL - thanks Jody. He told me this morning if I was going to stay glued to my phone or ipad he would just stay home. So I told him I would atleast leave the laptop at home. I'm going to make a real effort not to try to get on either one of them too much....
I love to get on Facebook first thing in the morning with my coffee to just see what has happened during the night.
Speaking of books - guess I'll have to take my Kindle too since my books are on it. I don't read them on my ipad because when I check them out from the library I turn my wireless off so they won't go away after so many days.
I'm glad you got your bookkeeping figured out. Have a wonderful time with your family!! Are you going to warmer weather?
We are thinking in the near future we are going to have to find a better way to celebrate Christmas. The little ones don't even get to enjoy Christmas because they are so busy going from house to house getting presents. We just seem to rush all day long. On Christmas do you go to your kids house to watch the little ones open their presents?
I'm not sure I could leave my phone or ipad at home either....LOL. I bring my Ipad to work every day and I never take it out of the case but I know it's there if I need it.

I love home made chips! We have a local restaurant that I just can't resist ordering them.
As long as I get my Protein in I can pretty much eat what I want. I really miss my Protein drinks. They made life so much easier.

Spent the day working but I did get in to muscle pump this evening. We did some ab / back exercises that I can already feel.
