How do I reset my sleeve? REALLY need help
You're doing great! Try to get your calories in food, not liquid like creamer. You'll have plenty of time for that when you get to goal.
my program didn't allow protein drinks but I know the LW's here are fans of liquid protein. They never filled me up at all so were added calories. I wasn't allowed to eat cottage cheese because it's a slider food. I trained my sleeve on things like chicken for breakfast. Any dinner leftovers. I still eat that way.
My surgeon told me to just make friends with how I'll eat forever, if I want to stay at goal. I have a feeling it's easier to stay here than it is fighting to get back here.
keep up the good work!

Thanks for the honest post. I'm in a similar boat at 3 months eating too much and not sticking to plan. If you want to friend me of myfitnesspal I'd love to share diaries. ID is liz1531.
Must be all in the planning eh? I just fly by the seat of my pants and today that meant carmel popcorn for lunch. Not good!
It's the 5-day pouch Test, not 10 days. It's not really a 'test'per se... just to get you back on track. I know there is a FB group page too.
