Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Happy Tuesday!! My scales are holding steady after the holiday...how's yours? Has your OH been bringing up old posts from the past? Mine Has.
I bought the people in my office Small Christmas Trees that we plugged into the USB on our Monitors. They look so cute on everyone's desk. I know mine puts a smile on my face when I look at it. I might have to find flowers or something else that runs that way for when I have to put my tree away.

Hi Roz,
I love the tree idea, that sounds so cute. I need something at work to make me smile. I was balance bank accounts today and one of them is $1,000 exactly out of balance. I am sure it is something stupid I did, but I am having a really hard time finding it. The bank balances are never out of balance. I finally put it up and decided to look at it in the morning...

It is Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea Protein. I use a 20 oz bottle of water, a crystal light stick of Lemon Tea. I mix the water and the crystal light together, then pour some in a 20 oz blender bottle add the protein, stir really good until the protein dissolves. If you shake it up with the metal ball in there it will make a lot of foam but if you just stir it, it doesn't make as much foam. Add some crushed ice and pour in the rest of the water/tea. I love it.
You can get the protein from lots of places. I would only buy the sample packs until I made sure I liked it because you don't want to buy a large tub of it and then see you don't like it. I buy my samples from Vitalady.com

I bought the tree at Target. There is a Phillips display. I couldn't find it on line.
I hope you found it today. I remember times when I couldn't find an error I made and the next day it just popped right out for me making me feel even stupider....LOL.
Your Omlet made me hungry. I haven't mad Scrambled Eggs for awhile. I need to do that.
Sounds Good!
