Glad you stayed put this week...yeah for being lower a few days tho!

We would have had our limit of leftovers to except I did a ham not turkey, fixed the cornbread dressing in two containers (we are eating the much small one), second one went straight to the freezer for Christmas dinner. And the only other leftover is the green bean casserole and we can eat our weight in that (slowly).

Roz, dh doesn't like turkey...usually way too dry, even the dark meat so we avoid buying turkey. When we did have more than just us two, we would do Cornish Hens cause at least they stood a better chance of being moist. But we ADORE ham.

we ate at a friends but because DS was home, I have cooked a lot more than usual.  He goes back home tonight and we are back to meat and a veggie, period.

That is good, Thanksgiving dinner, and no gain. I have been traveling, so I had no leftovers. I also was away from my scale last week.
