Menus and Miles Friday Nov. 28th
We all make it a little different but the basic is that you use protein powder mixed with water or milk to make a creamer for your coffee or decaf. I brew my decaf in a 5 cup coffee maker and in a small cup, mix about 1/2c warm water with 2/3scoop of mint cookie and 2/3scoop of vanilla just with a spoon. Then I used that to cream my 5c of coffee (actually makes 2 large mugs). I like it with vanilla, chocolate, chocolate carmel, vanilla cinnamon, lots of possibilities!!! Great way to start your day with protein.

Welcome to our LW Board!!! They also make good Coffee flavored Proteins but it's probably cheaper to add it to your coffee. I had Chocolate to my SF hot chocolate. Early out I added UnFlavored to practically anything I put into my mouth.
