Hi Roz,

Busy day at work for me too.  Trying to get a weeks worth of work into 2 days is difficult.  My parents are staying until Thursday afternoon so it is busy at home today.  DGD's both came to our house to stay today since they are out of school and parents had to work.  DH and the great grandparents babysat them.  I think they all had a great day together.

S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink

I had a couple of pieces of sweettarts during the day today.
