Hi everyone!

Roz is off to a ballgame this morning so I'm going to get us started.  I know we don't have as many posters anymore - come on and join us.  It is a great way to stay on track.

My parents are here until next Friday and we are heading to my son's house to visit with them today.  Hope you all have a great Saturday.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - salad
L - protein shake (30g)
D - homemade veggie beef soup w/Saltines
S - CarbSmart ice cream
