Hi Roz!

Last night I was craving a glass of milk - which I rarely do.  Poured it, drank about 1/3 then decided if I was going to drink milk I should put some protein in it!  So I did.  Milk can make me feel icky so I don't drink it much.  I usually mix my protein in unsweetened almond milk - that doesn't bother me. (no milk sugars)

B - coffee and a protein coffee on the way to work.  Found a new chocolate at GNC that is whey Isolate and mixes and tastes very well.

L - cheeseburger soup

D - chicken cordon bleu (I think).

Vits:  yes

Water:  doing pretty good so far today

YEAH Jody!!!   I really love my Mint Cookie but it really riles up my bladder.  A lot of the Hot chocolates are 99.9% caffeine free so I'm going to try some unflavored and see if I get crampy.

I made Potato Cheeseburger Soup...wow was it good! I haven't made your Cheeseburger Soup yet but I'm going to try it soon.

Sounds Good!

Hi Roz,

Guess I better post while I can.  We have our quarterly board meeting tonight and I have no idea what time I'll get home.  I got a little mini Christmas tree the other weekend when we were doing Christmas pictures for the grandkids and they decorated it.  We have it in our living room on the end table and DH plugs it in every night-LOL!!  He loves the holidays and decorations, but won't put any outside he wants them all inside.

I love my outside decorated.  The net lights are so easy but my landscaping trees are still pretty small so I don't know how it's going to look.  A couple of years I just used colored spot lights on my house and then wreaths in the windows and that looked nice and super easy.  I might have to resort to that this year.

Sounds Good!

We don't have lunch visitation for the grandparents here but my DD's went this week.  A couple of ours have Grandparents day in the spring.  I'm hoping they are on 2 different days.  I got to go to them both last year because one was in the morning and one in the afternoon but I can't remember if they were on the same day.

I don't remember the lunches being bad when I was in school.  When my girls were growing up they never packed their lunches but the Grandkids always want to pack theirs.  They only want to buy on nugget day.

Sounds Good Gina!
