I'd be right behind you on that road to a warmer place if my daughter moved. I just spent the last week in St Pete FL and it was wonderful. Had gorgeous weather - won't be as nice this week but it's NOT snowing! Got back to VA today and I swear it was freezing rain mixed in with the rain...
Gotta get back on track. I need to decarb... seriously... and lose at least 10 lbs now. Of course today is already blown with carbs, but no reason to throw the towel in. I'm only going to be in VA a week so I don't want to go overboard with food. I'm going to make my cheeseburger soup, buy some almond or coconut milk and get back into my protein drinks. I also have some chicken to make things with so I should be good to go.
B - coffee w/creamer
L - pizza/cashews/a chunk of chocolate (really???) a few pickles... a cheese stick...
S - if I need it - an apple
D - cheeseburger soup
Vits: not yet
Water: doing ok

Your picture on FB was really nice. You Look Great!
I really think you need to get back on your Protein Drinks and Protein Coffee. I can maintain even eating a few carbs if I up my Protein.

I hope your power comes back on to bake that chicken!!
It started rainy this morning but now is windy and the cold front is moving in. Ponies have their heavy blankets on so they can stay warm in the wind and cold. Billing this morning and paperwork but getting ready to head to muscle pump.

The power wasn't off long. By morning we were able to shower. I would have had to call off if I couldn't have curled my hair. I would never go out in public without my hair done.
Sounds like a great Protein day!!!
