Roz must be busy so I will get this started.
I've been doing ultra low carb for a couple of days and it is working. I'm slipping some beans in tonight with the white chicken chili but they should be ok.
It was really cold here but warmed up enough today for me to walk. I was getting stir crazy stuck in the house. DH has started watching Christmas movies already and I just can't get into it yet!!!
I've really been enjoying my Lemon Tea protein warm lately. I mix it with a tube of peach tea and 1/2 scoop of protein in 20oz of warm water. You just have to be careful to not get it too hot or it will curdle. So good in the cold weather.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip

L - bowl of veggie beef soup and a protein shake (30g)
