Awe Price. You can do this! You have been such an inspiration to me!!!! I always considered you our "Low Carb Queen"!!
It is amazing how we realize so quickly now what is making our scales go up and it is so much easier to get back on track. I used to turn to comfort food for everything and then just gave in when the scales started climbing which just made things worse.

Hi! Its Ava back under a new name since I can't remember the password to the old one lol. Missed you all ! What's new ? Well I'm back in size 1-2 pants thank God , ( mostly cuz I stopped drinking 28 days ago ) , freshly divorced (got rid of the husband kept the house and farm )living with a cute young boyfriend and crazy as always .
Todays menu - Chicken souvlaki and greek salad for breakfast from a greek diner with rice instead of French fries - probably soup for lunch and fat free fettucini alfredo asparagus and shrimp scampi for dinner . Other than eating too much bread and well, candy ( I just ate a nougat bar from Le pain quotodien grrr ) Im doing pretty well on the fitness front - joined LA fitness where I'll be teaching as a certified personal trainer . I'm swimming laps now , last time 3/4 of a mile , working out on the freeweights trying to get my bubble butt back and doing zumba and spinning classes . You can still run and rollerblade around noon in my neighborhood ( thank God we have a bicycle path ) so its all good . Miss You guys!
Welcome back, Ava. I hope the future is great for you!

Thanks for the good wishes Gina ! I am really enjoying myself now and thank God I didn't gain TOO much extra weight from the excess alcohol calories and lack of working out for essentially four years ( though I gardened a LOT lol) . I'm pleasantly surprised that I can still keep up at the gym ( took a cardioboxing workout yesterday and yoga ). Big Hug !
