Menus and Miles Thursday Nov. 13th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Cold Cold Thursday! This is the 4th M&M listed on the topic page. I'm getting really tired of looking at my Profile picture....LOL. Maybe I should be happy that our LW's are all progressing wonderfully with no Problems but it would be GREAT to read a few WOW posts.

I know low carb works really fast for me. I've never strayed away to the main boards. Do you see a lot of our previous posters on them?
Sounds Good Price!

No, I don't see the old gang, for sure. Mostly newbees but I just don't think they can find us easily anymore. Not that I remember it being very easy anyway.

2 days were 2 days to many. I'm going to have to give it break. I just wish I could find one that that doesn't cause me pain. I've tried several Vanillas that aren't suppose to have any MSG, flavorings, or additives but I just can't drink them plain and everything I would want to add in would put it on my "no no" list.
Sounds Good (except maybe the candy but I'm Proud of you for listing it)!
