Tea w milk ( 2 mugs ) 2 fried eggs on english muffin . Extra large pumpkin spice coffee w skim milk from Dunkin Donuts ( probably a surprising number of calories)
Celebrated 30 days today alcohol -free . Plan to go to the gym and hopefully swim a mile as well as lifting some freeweights ( mostly squats , hamstring exercises and lat pulldowns /rowing to improve my posture and buikld my butt Boyfriends coming home at 2:30 plan to make fettucine alfredo /shrimp or just warm up Peruvian chicken stew with yucca ( Sancocho ) from Friday nite
