WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Day one of decarbing and getting into a better cycle. I walked this morning then been doing paperwork and meetings. One more meeting tonight where they always bring goodies but I am determined to ignore them.

I did great. Did not touch a single thing. And the scales were much kinder this morning which is a great payback for having a good day.

The Chocolate Roll-up sounds great but I would be afraid I'd eat the whole thing...LOL. I haven't even made any Carbquik things because I can't stop at one. I just love carbs way to much and I have no control which sets me off into a sweet spree.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip

I eat off of the kiddie menu every where they will let me. At TX Roadhouse you have to get a Drs. excuse to eat off of it now. I guess there where people taking advantage of it.
