Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Morning LW's!!! Relaxing day. Going to Grandsons basketball day and to pick out new glasses. Maybe help DD#1 do a little Christmas Shopping. No one ever gives me lists until right before Christmas so I doubt I buy anything unless she picks something out for the little ones.
No meal plans yet so I will post later.

I decided last night that I had to go to Urgent Care this morning so I did. Yep, broken 6th sacral segment. that is the spinal section right before the tailbone. He did give me a shot of some antinflamitory which I'm sure I probably shouldn't have but I didn't care at that point. It has helped with the pain. I got other pain meds but I doubt I will take them. I can walk and go to muscle pump but not yoga or anything that requires sitting. No driving my pony for 4-6 weeks which means my competition season is over. I did walk this afternoon so hopefully I can stay fit even if the pony can't.

WOW Price!! I feel so bad about your competitions. I know how much you love them. Teke is going to be wondering what is going on.
Is that something that heals itself? I think I would go to an Orthopedic Dr. for another opinion that sounds like something that you shouldn't mess around with.
Sounds Good!

It actually is the second time I have broken sections of my sacrum or tailbone. The xrays showed that the 1st time never really healed. There really isn't anything they can do. You just deal with it. If it gets worse or not better, I may go in again. I've heard of folks having it removed but I can't imagine that.
