Menus and Miles Thursday Nov. 6th

Hi ! This is Ava just couldn't find my old OH password its been so long . Living on mostly vegan bread, skim milk powder yogurt and fruits and vegetables these days . Yesterday I ate Thai organic Jasmine Rice and frozen peas , Red curry fat free chicken breast , baked squash , baked apples , fresh sourdough bread with sugar free homemade apricot jam and too much coffee and chai tea with lots of milk .
I'm alcohol free for 24 days now - it feels great . I joined a gym ( LA Fitness and am swimming doing yoga and zumba and spinning regularly as well as running outside , rollerblading and lifting free weights to straighten out my posture , reduce my middle and give myself a booty again Miss you all ! Oh , I'm happily divorced now kept my home and some cash and am looking to get the empty fat cells that bedevil my recovery finally sucked out . How are you all ? As usaully I don't know what most of the food are that you are eating but they sound healthy....LOL.
