WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I thought I'd try to post before I get started on my work because I get lost in it and it's hard to stray away. Today must be snack day at work. I just saw Cocoa covered Almonds, Pumpkin bread, Pumpkin/white chocolate cookies and Popcorn. I've only tried the Almonds so far.
Maintenance: 6+ years out!!!
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: 1/2 Can of Beef Vegetable Soup
Snack: Greek Yogurt with Cherries
Snack: Meat and Cheese roll-ups
Dinner: 1/2 Cup Spaghetti in Meat Sauce
Snack: 3 TBS. of Plain Popcorn Kernels made in microwave

Sounds Good! Since we were away on Halloween that was a plus for me! i even try to buy candy that I don't like to give out and I still can't stay out of the bags.
