WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Happy Friday!! Any plans for the weekend? Apparently Santa and his Reindeer are arriving tonight so we will be standing in line with the Grandsons at the local mall.

Didn't make it to yoga this morning because the instructor thought it wasn't a good idea. I did buy one of the special pillows and it helped while I was driving around to see staff. Not great on my desk chair so we'll see what it helps and what it doesn't. I need to drive the pony tomorrow and will use it then. My guys are gone to Special Olymics Golf tournament so I have the weekend alone. Sure is quiet and nice here. Just me and the animals.
