Hi all,

I am enjoying retirement.I made a goal to walk 3-4 times/an. Last month I walked 34 miles, my knees are giving me a fit,though I have one knee replacement and it hurts the worst. I have an appt with the ortho Dr next week and hopefully he can give me an injection as he did last winter. We are expecting the new grand daughter any day My daughter is on bed rest and have bee helping with the 3 yr old. Hope all have a good week

My DH has to get injections in the hand he broke.  He complains about the pain for a couple of days and then it must feel good because I watch him working with it and he isn't cringing. He get them in his hip for arthritis too and they help for quite awhile.

New DGD...Awesome!!  This is my DD's 4th pregnancy.  So far this is the first one she hasn't had to be on bed rest.
