B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - leftover meat loaf and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream or a couple of pieces of Halloween candy with the grandbabies

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

Hi Gina  cold and rainy here today.  Doesn't look like the girls will be trick or treating outside today.

Having contractors working on my house today and tomorrow.  Now it looks like plumbing needs to be redone... ugh...

B - coffee x1. 

L - large Wendy's chili - ate it over an hour + period.  added cheese

S - 2 meat cheese rollups.  Costco had these and they were a little pricey but very convenient to just grab and snack

D- no idea. 

Vits:  yes

Water:  doing good.  funny cause my ice tea had ice in it today... hasn't done that before (in the fridge).

I think we'll match your weather down here starting Saturday. We are going to be taking the girls to the petting zoo in this. Yeah, not the best timing.
