Another busy day but not quite as hectic as the past couple.  I got most of the trailer loaded yesterday.  Need to drive Teke one last time, finish loading the trailer, mammogram, vote, muscle pump.  Hope to get out pretty early tomorrow morning for a long weekend in Aiken SC at a competition.  Thanks for covering M&M for me (and Roz) while I am gone.

Another day at work for me.  Finishing up both payrolls.  We are having our fall festival at church tonight hoping DGD#2 will come.

Here is the plan:

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Fajita Chicken w/ veggies
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Carbquik Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffin
D:  ?? not sure yet
S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Morning done - running behind on calcium but will catch up
Water/Fluids:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None today

got my payroll finished this morning and am done with driving Teke.  Now on to finish loading the trailer.

A long day in the music room today! Broken toe is still keeping me inactive. :-(

chicken, chick peas, sm. salad, TBl. Newman's dressing

chicken, apple

taco meat on a low carb roll up with a bit of cheddar cheese

choc. Protein shake with banana

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - another Greek yogurt
L - bowl of chili
S - popcorn
D - stir fry chicken w/bok choy and bamboo shoots
S - CarbSmart ice cream
