I don't do slow very well but I don't like to be this rushed either. Got the donkey's delivered and now need to see what I have to do to start packing.

menu looks great!! What kind of fish nuggets do you get? I buy a breaded fish that has several different coatings that I like from the discount grocery but usually just do siul (sp) plain or with panko

I buy the fish nuggets at Trader Joe's and I think there is some panko but not overly much.
