B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 deviled eggs
L - protein shake (30g), a Babybel cheese and 3 oz of ham
S - peanuts
D - pork chop w/cream of mushroom soup gravy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

walking

Hi Gina,

it has been one of those days, nothing is working right.  I need to just go on to bed, bit at least I have not eaten anything bad.  I can't get my laptop to connect to the Internet so I am on my iPad and it won't space right sometimes.
