Starting this early because I have a slam busy day. Headed to yoga this morning the to the Animal Fiber Fair where I hope to buy all the yarn I will need for the next year, lol. Then I need to drive Teke, message at 3, load the trailer for the weekend, dinner with friends. Heading out tomorrow for a weekend of driving in SC and NC.

My weekend is shaping up to be real busy too. Last one in MI and SO much to do before I head back to VA - need to get my outside stuff done. Storm door in, perennials cut down, finish my soffit work, have a b/d party/housewarming for Vivi and my daughter/son in law. Need to get the motorcycles put away too. Need to get garage organized as I am having insulation put in the following weekend and he needs to store it there. Also have someone coming Sat to do soffit work for me.
Vacation in 2 weeks... also need to get to boxing class (exercise, not real sparring).

You are always so busy!! I had to keep DGD#2 today because she has tonsillitis. They had a chocolate cake with chocolate icing - my favorite...I looked at it all day but never had a bite of it!! No sugar for 6 days now and really low carbs. I know what to do, it is just a matter of staying with the program.

Good for you!!! 6 days is great!!! I have been following your suggestion for a little whipped topping in my shake at night and it makes a lot of difference in the taste. Much better.
