Well, I fell off the sugar wagon today, not as bad as in the past though. Got right back on it for the rest of the day so at least I didn't blow the entire day.

I totally understand. I think I may need buy myself a bar of dark organic chocolate just to get through Halloween. Dark chocolate doesn't have the sugar and carbs that milk chocolate has.

Hi Gina... late here...
Was real busy this weekend getting "stuff" done around the house. I'm counting that as my exercise.
B - maple sausage/egg scramble w/cheese
D - 2 lobster tails w/butter and 3 oz of steak.
LNS - meat/cheese rollups.
Vits: yes
Water: a few beers - I should have stayed hydrated better.
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
