Maintaining can be a good thing if you are in the zone.

I have been away from home the last couple of weekends. Helped a friend out who was shooting an indie movie. Someone bailed, so I am "woman #2" in a support group scene. Then last weekend my DH (who also has a VSG) ran the Long Beach marathon. He was hoping to qualify for Boston, but his vertigo kicked in bad, so he is just glad he was able to finish. This weekend, we are catching up on grading.

I need a good kick in the rear end....  I need to get back to posting every day and staying away from carbs.  Speaking of carbs, today is day two of low-carb and no sugar!!

I think it's been 2 weeks.  131 which is up a pound.  Back to walking daily and this week I should be able to get to muscle pump.
