WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Good morning Roz! I've had a lot of coffee and no food yet at 11:30, but will eat shortly.
L-salad with 1/8c. Chick peas, Oscar Mayer P3, and a Tbl. Newman's light balsamic
S-hard boiled egg and some apple or Dannon Greek yogurt(80c)and jello sf.
D-meatballs or chicken and a bit of broccoli
S-3 Tbl popcorn
S-Premier protein shake

I have a hard time keeping up with what day it is now!! You are probably just so excited about your trip that you are ready for Friday. Board meeting this afternoon and I brought my clothes to walk if we get back in time.

I finally started packing last night. I had been just laying everything in one of the spare bedrooms and it was getting so unorganized.
I hope the board meeting wasn't really long and you got your walk in. It's way to cold here to walk. I had to argue with DGD this morning because she didn't want to wear her coat. At almost 7 I would think she would understand about winter is coming but she was being so stubborn today.
